truth "a mirage"

   TRUTH:"A MIRAGE"
 the ongoing conditions in india are not better. the
nanvati comision report was tabled in parliament, it
was not the first ever report of any this type of
commision or commities setup for such probes. hundreds
of reports had been tabled in parliament since today
in which truth is a mirage. i think in india , these
types of commission or commities which are far from
truth and those reports are far from reality re
insulting the fundamental rights of a common person
provided by the constituion of india. the politicians
of any party misused these situations which disturbs
the peace in indian community. the riots whether the
1984 delhi or 2002 gujrat riots didnot happened
accidentily but are conspirated which swallows the
life of hundred of innocent people.i think the
commisons or commities setup for such probes should
not consist of all persons appointed by the govt. the
commisions setup by the govt. is the wastage of money
and time as ththe preplanned and conspirated reports
of such commisions disturb the peace in india and
exploits the innocent people once again mantally and
emotialy.these type of commisions are setiup ti
provide justice to the innocent and punishment to the
criminal but in india the criminals are enjoying the
seats as the member of parliaments or in the state
govts, while the innocent is still facing the
challenges. i think that the indian govt. if they want
to face the truth should enforced such law in which in
the future if such commisions or commities are setup
should consists some personals like retired judges,
cimmisioners, lawers appointed by the govt. while the
halfones should be appointed by the people of their
choice  and should be provided with some discrationary
powers to take action against the criminals and also
the working of such commisions should be fare and open
so that the truth should comeout and their will be
satisfaction among the people also as then the
criminals will get punishment and the innocent will
get justice. but if the indian govt. didnot take such
action than it will be proved that the politicians
have no emmotions for the citizens of india and also
towards the row of justice.
